About Us

Deborah Everton designed costumes in Hollywood for more than 30 years. Her work on Star Trek First Contact won her a Saturn Award for best costumes from the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror films. She worked on several projects with director Andrew Fleming including The Craft, Dick (starring Kirsten Dunst and Michelle Williams) and Bad Dreams. Her credits include Clockstoppers, The Abyss, Heart of Darkness, Spy Kids, The X-Files, Battlestar Galactica, Masters of science fiction, Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World, The In-Laws (starring Albert Brooks and Michael Douglas), The Flock, Blank Check and many more. In addition to her Saturn award, Deborah won a Cable Ace award for her work on Heart of Darkness.

During her later years in film, Deborah started to experiment with arts and crafts, taking classes from master teachers, and developing her own techniques and artistic creations. During 2020, at the bequest of friends with children who needed creative outlets during the pandemic, she created online zoom art classes teaching children ages 10+ how to make crafts and develop their own creative side. The kids learn various cutting, sewing, painting, drawing, gluing and glittering (of course!) techniques. Deborah now offers in person classes and  summer art camp as well.
